Assembly is quick and there are no tools required. Stack your keys on the central post so they sit like rings on ring toss post. Use washers (the six little rings included) between keys or on ends of key stacks — when carrying fewer than six keys — to control swivel tension and reduce key movement. Tighten them using the inbuilt thumb-screw.
The washers are a clever touch — they keep the keys from rattling against each other, which was my main annoyance with my old setup. Everything stacks onto the central post without any tools, and assembly really is as quick as advertised.
